Sorry pal, but we can’t help simply because you've changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.
We sell gift cards here, which might be a better option if you’re not sure about a purchase for someone else.
Refunds
Please choose very carefully as we do not offer refunds on any art, merch or vouchers purchased.
Damaged goods
We take great pride in packaging and sending all items with care. If in the very unlikely situation that your artwork has arrived to you damaged, we will of course do our best to remedy the situation. After we sit in the corner and cry for a while.
Please email friend@ptaftf.com within 7 days of delivery.
We would love as much information as you can provide. So please include your order number, tracking number, and pictures of any and all damage.
